#1 Mom Look From Top Mom Bloggers

Let's be real. Getting dressed in the morning as a mom can be a challenge. Not because you stand aimlessly staring at your clothes thinking "hmm, I wonder which mixed prints look I'd like to go for today?" but rather because you have exactly 2 minutes to quickly put something on while the younger one is pulling at your leg and before the older one walks in, points to your chest, and asks when she will have "those." You have mouths to feed, bags to pack, and school drop-off that you promised yourself you'd be on-time for at least once this week.  You need go-to staples and easy looks that will help you feel stylish yet comfortable - plus no woman should have to make big decisions before her first cup of coffee.

To take the guess work out of finding those easy, chic looks I rounded up some of The Mom Look's favorite mom bloggers and fashion influencers to share their expert advice on how to dress on-trend without feeling over-the-top.

My must have is a military jacket, I have an awesome olive one I got at Target (surprise! #momlife). I love it because its awesome to throw over jeans or leggings and look put together. AND it has big enough pockets to keep a stash of hot wheels cars. I always have mine either in my car or hanging next to the door! - Kelly Fox, Saturated With Style //Website// @saturatedwithstyle

Every Mama needs a comfy, yet trendy and flattering t-shirt that can be worn on its own with a pair of leggings or styled with an oversized cozy sweater and denim. One of my favorite ways to wear a classic tee is with a high-waisted skirt and a blazer, maybe even paired with a big fabulous necklace! I think as Mamas we can overlook our OWN style because we are so focused on many other important things. So by having some fun with a simple piece of clothing is really fun for us and its also the perfect wardrobe staple...a Win-Win! Having an encouraging message on my tees is just an added perk! - Paulina Wise, Have Faith Mama //Website & Boutique //@mrs.paulina.wise

Good jeans! Every woman, mother or not, needs that great pair of jeans that makes her feel confident and sassy when she wears them. Now, most moms know that we need that desired look and fit with great function as well. We need them comfortable enough to bend, squat, and chase our littles, but not too big that they're around our ankles after one lap around the motherland (aka Target) as well as be stain resistant from sticky fingers and easy to wash. These jeans from JC Penny are my tried and true, mom approved ones I can always count on. - Briana Holmes //Website// @nylonandsugar

Every mom needs something that she loves 100% of the time and never argues with. Be it the perfect pair of flats or ankle boots, or a handbag; I'm talking about an item that she loves and can wear every single time she pulls it out. - Kristina Nissen, Ellie & June //Website & Boutique//@kirstinamnissen

A black skinny pant is my #1 must-have item of clothing as a mom. My go-to pants are the Wunder Under pant from Lululemon. They are versatile enough to wear while working out, practicing yoga, and playing with my children...yet they also work perfectly with a pair of boots and a tunic if I need to run to the store. The best part is they also come in high-rise, which is perfect when you need a little extra support around your tummy. The black is a staple in my closet but I also have them in 2 other colors because of how comfortable they are! - Jenna Provance, Its The Tiny Things Blog //Website//@itsthetinythings
